This product is solidly constructed with a stable wide wheel, very easy to use. I only do a few raps each day but I could feel the difference immediately. I am 250lbs But I feel I can never break it. If you are looking for a home workout that can help you to build your abs, this is an absolutely good choice.

The quality is way better than my expectation for the price. A easy but good way to work out at home. Personally I feel it is more comfortable than the narrow wheel which is usually not stable and hard for beginners. Now I work out about 5 times a day and 10-15min each time. Very like it. Reasonable price, great value; highly recommend.
